1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via SF International Express (SF Express) . Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, selected shipping method, and package weight.
The following rates apply to sample and small-volume orders (≤1800g) . For bulk orders exceeding 1800g (≥2 reels), the shipping fee displayed at checkout is a placeholder. The actual freight will be quoted separately after we confirm the logistics plan with you.

3. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and VAT
All prices quoted on our website do not include any customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST) that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for any additional costs, delays, or seizures caused by customs. We recommend that you consult your local customs office for an estimate of applicable charges before placing an order.
4. Customs Clearance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their order complies with local import regulations. Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for refund, cancellation, or compensation.
5. Bulk Orders (≥2 Reels)
For orders of 2 reels or more, the shipping fee displayed at checkout is a placeholder. We will contact you with a customized freight quotation before processing your order. If you plan to order in bulk, please contact us in advance at: cmh@zjwic.cn
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You may also view your order tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete, accurate, and in a format recognized by the local postal service. We are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs incurred for re-shipment will be borne by the buyer.
8. Remote Areas and Shipping Restrictions
Certain remote areas may not be covered by our carrier's service network. If your address is classified as a remote area, we will notify you and may charge an additional surcharge, or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage, crushing, or deformation upon delivery, please refuse delivery on the spot or immediately document the damage with photographs (including clear photos of all six sides of the box and the shipping label), and contact us within 48 hours of receipt . We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf; however, the final compensation is subject to the carrier's investigation conclusion. Failure to provide valid evidence within 48 hours will be deemed an acknowledgment that the shipment was received in good condition, and we will be unable to process any transportation damage claims thereafter.

We reserve the right to revise this Shipping Policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted on this page and will take effect as of the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
