The TP4054 is a single lithium-ion battery constant current/constant voltage linear charger. The IC features simple external application circuits, ideal for portable devices, and supports power supply via USB or AC-DC adapters. An internal anti-reverse charging circuit eliminates the need for an external isolation diode. Thermal feedback automatically adjusts the charging current to limit the IC temperature under high-power operation or high ambient temperature conditions.
